Donald Trump has reacted to Russia's President Vladimir Putin endorsing his US presidential rival Kamala Harris.<br /> <br />During a rally in Wisconsin, Trump said he didn't believe Mr Putin was being serious, after the Russian president said he would prefer Kamala Harris to be president over him.<br /> <br />Mr Putin said Kamala Harris had an "infectious laugh" and claimed that Mr Trump had imposed more sanctions on Russia "than any other president has ever imposed before."
